Red Gerbera

The colour of this flower shows you how HOT it feels today!  I always have a soft spot for Gerbera and needed to replace a couple of plants in a windowbox. So a red plant and a yellow will do this very nicely.

I need to go downtown this afternoon and will get some exercise by walking and then take the bus back up. 

It's hot and humid and uncomfortable, but tomorrow should be more comfortable before the tropical days we've been 'promised' next week!
