Zinnia

A blah day - mostly because of the heat and lack of energy. I didn't even feel like going to the effort of taking any photos, but noticed this zinnia in the window-box in front of my garden table.

This is the worst part of the summer - the dreaded heat and often high humidity and lack of breathable air. Summer is definitely not my favourite season, especially since our summers have been getting hotter and hotter due to irreversible climate change and greenhouse effect.

We are all responsible for the kind of world we live in and are preparing for our children and our grandchildren. What sort of world do we want to leave for them?
