I was pleased to see another fledgling blackbird hiding by the fence - it must be a second brood. 

A wet day followed and we spent most of the day playing board games and planning what jobs need doing and researching stuff on the internet. I’ve been looking up lots of stuff regarding the garden since I’m a complete novice. When to prune stuff, what to put under our willow tree, when to plant more seeds, lots about a wildlife pond and how do you know when to water your tomatoes and how much to give them.....I’m still confused!
