Aquamarine/Nanna K's Day

Bindi

Used our outdoor space for drinks with our 2 closest neighbors….one being an original who has lived here as long as we have and the other the newest …(.not sure she needs to know all the stories, she’s missing going to work as a lawyer for the city, now extended til January at home)   It was lovely to have this bit of social distance time together…and see Bindi, who is a rescue dog that Fred adopted at age 3 a couple years ago and she is just getting comfortable with other people.  She about got in my lap for the first time!   She had never been in a house before living here but lived in a cage with other dogs and reproduced.  She’s very sweet.  Bindi is the name of the colored dot worn on the center of the forehead, originally by HIndus.  Not sure how that relates to her.

Fred who was Dean of Undergrads at the UW, says there are plans afoot to try to work out that every Freshman and Senior next Fall will have a least one traditional class to attend in person.  With Sophomores and Juniors only having online classes, there will be room to spread out.
