It was Jenny's funeral today.....a lovely celebration of the life of a lovely lady on a lovely winter's day..........crisp and cool start, blue skies, warmth in the sunshine.  Rest peacefully Jenny.

In COVID news, there are no new cases and no recoveries so the active cases total remains at 21. Worryingly, a family of 5 'broke out' of their isolation facility.  Whilst I understand what drove them to do what they did (father had passed away and mother wanted to give her teenage children the opportunity to say their final farewells to him before he was buried) I simply cannot understand the complete lack of care or concern about the possibility of compromising the health of the community.  The 'system' is heavily reliant on the good will and good behaviour of returnees and the vast majority of returnees do do the right thing.  But it's only going to take one infected person to potentially send entire communities back into lockdown. I don't know what the answer is.....
