Church in a field

This morning was the fourth week we’ve been able to meet outside of the church. The weather was glorious today.

Again I was surprised by the numbers of people who came. And again there were visitors. There is no way that we could meet inside the building with such a group of people, especially these days.

People are eager to be together again and they are loving meeting outside. But I’m struggling with what it looks like when the weather changes, and autumn starts, if things are still the same in this world.


But this week Lauralea and I are taking a much-needed week off. We’re going to head out and try to see couple of our kids, hopefully a little granddaughter in the next province over.

We can really use the break so I hope we can pack as much into the week as possible.

Maybe we’ll come back with new ideas and directions.
