I've had this idea for a while but this is the first time I've tried it. I think it needs some work so any ideas would be great!
Doctors this morning. Turns out I have soft tissue damage which takes 6 weeks, not 2 weeks, to heal. This explains why my shoulder is still sore. More exercises to do and no frisbee for another 3 weeks. Bummer :( At least I can run / keep fit now though.
Wetherspoons dinner with Dom and Mike before Friary for quids with Michelle and Louise. Good times
