UGH!

Dear Diary,

Time for my yearly battle with the tent caterpillars.  They love fruit trees and they always build some of their horrid nests in Auntie's tree and I just won't have it.  The light was rather interesting through the web-like construction but Matt and I made short work of ridding the tree of the nests with hooks and pole saws.  They always build them way up high.  He also did some needed pruning and will do more in the fall. Garden work is never done!
