Water Lily

Not a sunny day but it has been warm. I went for a walk in Pollok Park this morning hoping that the warm conditions would encourage the water lilies, on the very small pond, to open up.

The last time I was there the flowers were well covered with the thick lily pads but today there were two lovely flowers for me to choose from.

Drinks and nibbles with my brother and his partner to help him celebrate his birthday .... he'd had a haircut specially for the occasion!
