I love Shrewsbury

This picture is of the Square and the Old Market Hall. The Old Market Hall (locally known as the "OMH") is an Elizabethan building situated in the town centre of Shrewsbury. In the 17th century the large upper room was originally used by the Shrewsbury Drapers Company to sell Welsh cloth and the lower floor was used by farmers to sell their corn. In 2004 The building underwent a major restoration, to convert it into an arts venue and café, showcasing films and digital media. They serve some of the best coffee in town.

I wonder who the elegant gentleman on the left belongs to??
