NHS spitfire

went to a 'drive-in ' airshow at Old Warden today. Different to usual in that you were given a 5m square to stay in, except when going for refreshments. We arrived later than many but had a great spot right in the front row down the lower end of the runway. There was also no one allowed on the crowd line so we had a great view, especially of the 'limbo' event (see extra) where planes had to fly below some bunting. As always I loved the wing walkers who will always be the 'utterly butterlys' to me and there were some great aerobatic displays including another in the extras who spent much of his time upside down. Had a difficult choice but my main blip is of the NHS spitfire. Disappointed that it doesn't seem to have flown over our hospital though .
