I love my wok

Beef teriyaki for supper tonight. An easy meal after a couple of six o' clock gins! My other half acquired my much-loved wok via my cousin from a market in Soho over 30 years ago, along with a very fierce Chinese cleaver type knife and some dainty bowls and spoons. Needless to say despite my collection of 300+ cookery books tonight's efforts were entirely invented from what was in the fridge and needed used up, and is unlikely to be replicated. It was jolly good though. Great beef ( not horse ) from Donald's of Inverurie made all the difference!
