Sweet pea

Blipped on a minging day, windy with lashing rain for much of the time. The afternoon session with the trainees was cancelled but the silver lining was that we started our staff meeting after lunch rather than at the end of the day. It was quite long, we didn't cover the whole agenda and the decisions were reached with difficulty (as happens most of the time), but we did establish a way forward on consulting the trainees about whether they want to increase their number of sessions in the garden. It's hard going at the moment, but I guess that's the same for nearly everyone.
