Flying high

There's great excitement in our house because husband has been invited to join a friend for a week's free salmon fishing on the River Spey next week. At first he thought he would have to say no because of the virus but we thought it through and once the two boys found a very suitable Air B&B we decided that it would be safe for him to go. So, while I'm planning meals that can be frozen and reheated easily, himself is busy tying these colourful flies which he hopes will attract the fish. Sadly, if he does succeed in catching a salmon, he will have to return it to the river in order to conserve stocks. You might wonder, what's the point?
