Visitor

Packed up the car to go to my parents for today. Not long after we arrived they had a visitor to the garden, a couple of Roe deer. Kilda went nuts behind the patio window. They didn’t hang around for long and Kilda sent the next 30 minutes sniffing around the garden for them and the cat as well. J took Kilda for a walk around the local lake with my dad while I was doing gardening chores for mum. Digging out compost heaps, cutting up wood, moving and empting plant pots and changing light bulbs around the house. Played Survive board game after dinner. Mum seems to be coping well with lockdown but dad seems a bit more breathless even after his new heart valves.
