The UK heatwave continues and today the heat feels more uncomfortable and unpleasant than yesterday - make it stop!!

Managed a bit of early morning pruning and deadheading in the garden before retreating to the safety of indoors, where I spent time catching up with some book reviews and sorting out what books I'm going to be reading next!

Garden is still mainly full of white butterflies and gatekeepers but was happy to see a little holly blue stop by for a while.
