It's Still Not Ready

We went to a retirement party this evening at the new Bellewood Acres Farm Store and Distillery. John and Dorie Belisle, the owners, are friends of ours, and we had a tour of the distillery after sampling their Vodka, Eau de Vie, and Gin -- all Handmade by Passionate Farmers from apples.

We bought a bottle of the gin -- the best I've ever tasted. I'm sipping a wee dram as I write this. Oops -- it's almost midnight.
