Muse

What a stunning day
Borders 21st party, left the young stags to it and drove down to Dryburgh for a wander across the bridge and over to the Abbey. Golden twilight made everything look storybook perfect. Found this little Temple of The Muses dedicated to Ednam born poet James Thomson, who wrote, amongst other things, Rule Britannia.
I e were overlooked by another statue On the hill of William Wallace. How I hadn’t noticed either before I have no idea.
Another fish supper ( more in a week than I’ve had in a year) and back home to get another gorgeous sunset.
