Summer Scene

Day 138 of COVID-19 UK lockdown (opening up)

Our neighbours were with us on our patio until 12.45am - watching an excellent sunset and then sat under a good display of stars, chatting and putting the world to rights.

I put another flat packed chest of drawers together, leaving just the wardrobes which I'm not looking forward too as they're big and very heavy. It'll be nice when they're done so motivation enough.

This afternoon we walked from the house on a 5 mile walk along the River Wye up to Coppett Hill trig point (we have a view of it from our front window). The blipfoto was taken in the field next to our house at the start of the walk, showing St Giles church spire over newly harvested hay bales. A typical english summer scene.
