Hot end to a hot day

Haircut day today :)  Tim and I cut each other's hair this morning, before it got too hot - and did a pretty good job, if we do say so.

Didn't do too much else, due to the heat.  I was glad to have had the foresight to make a pasta salad this morning, which we had with salmon for dinner.  The heat made me feel really crap again - thought it was worth trying to get out for a (slow) walk this evening, while Tim was watching the F1.  Glad I did, as it was relatively cool (28 degrees, as opposed to 34 in the flat) and there was a pretty stunning sunset on my way back.
