Hot heat

It has been a boiling hotday... the clouds are gathering so l think it will cool down soon.  phew!!  The Marjoram is so busy with honey bees and these gorgeous small tortoishell butterfly.  Just wonderful.  
Must get my new plants in the ground this evening to give them a good soaking... the ground is so dry.  Also need to plant out my lettuce seedlings which seem to be growing at top speed.  Too much to do and too much heat to do it in!!!
