HB, continued.....

When it started raining I had to go back to the van where I'd stupidly left my waterproof - of course it had stopped by the time I got there. Still, had an aerial view of the work in progress as we continued with the Himalayan Balsam. At this point we were negotiating our way round some Rosebay Willowherb - similar colour and height but not so invasive. Apparently the local rat population have been scarfing up the HB seeds with great enthusiasm - didn't realise that anything would eat them! We didn't make it quite up to the bridge, but almost......
