On Duty!

Back through in Fife for a final week of sea and sand. It's much quieter now as many Scottish schools go back this week but there are still plenty of youngsters about making the most of their last days of holiday.

During the height of the summer holidays there are lifeguards stationed at the harbour beach where most of the water sports take place.  I don't know how long the shifts last but I'm sure it's very tiring keeping your eyes focused on the water .... the girls do look just a bit fed up!
