Smelly Dog

It's the weekend and for the first time in what seems like ages its just me and Mrs Tonto. So obviously we're getting down to doing all those jobs around the house and the garden that we've been putting off.

Yeh, right!

A quick dash to town, then bundle Breagha into the car and off to the woods for a long walk. Saw plenty deer in between the trees today, but none were close enough or stood still long enough for a photo.

When we got back to the car, we quickly noticed a dreadful smell. A quick check of our boots put us in the clear, but Breagha had kindly rolled in something disgusting. Yep, chest, front legs, left side and left ear - stinking!

So instead of her having a peaceful time sleeping in front of the fire when we got home, it was straight into the bath. Not a happy doggie!

Today's shot is her not long after her bath and on full alert watching for any pussy cats in her garden.
