Strange Day

Started out fine. Still hot, but I thought it would be a relatively productive day. Then in the afternoon I ended up in hospital with a kidney stone. I had one 17 years ago, and I have to say I'd selectively blocked out how bad the pain really can be...  But I'm home now and hopefully back to normal soon.
