The Green, Calne

This was the first time I'd ventured around Calne with a camera since I'd moved there. The Green is the heart of the once wealthy woollen industry, including two C18 spinning and weaving mills, though most of the buildings are much older, despite the Georgian frontages. I was impressed at the absence of blocks of flats or Kwikfits in the square.
