Just in time

The cows thought Christmas had come early but the farmer was loading up the hay bales ready to drive them away in the tractor. We saw the second load being driven along the road outside our house just as the rain started. We had a decent downpour and now it’s just a light putter patter but better than nothing. We have been promised this for a few days now.
