Cupping!

I'm having these cupping treatments every week from Rae....... it's been almost 3 years since my knee replacement and it was feeling a bit tight, so Rae suggested we do this once a week.   Boy does it hurt, but she does a very good job at keeping me preoccupied with chit chat, for which i am grateful!

Another scorcher here...this has been the most amazing summer for ages, i'm loving it...sleeping is proving to be a bit on the tricky side mind you, but i'll survive it!

In other news.....the first glaze kiln with almost half the dinner set is firing right now!   It's gonna be challenging waiting till Saturday to see what the results are!!
