Lovely Loaf

The breadmaking machine is really coming into its own at the moment. I still enjoy doing a loaf by hand but sometimes it’s just too hot or there are other things I need to get on with. This is a cheese and onion loaf - one of my reliable ‘go-to’ standbys.
