Crispy Crunchy Croutons

One of my favourite ways to use up the end of a loaf. These were particularly good as I tossed them in some garlic butter (from the Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight) before toasting them in the oven. I had to restrain myself from munching on them instead of saving them to have with soup!
