Old man new slippers

We thought Dad had lost his slippers so I ordered him some more. He found his old ones yesterday and the new ones came today. He put them straight on and pronounced them better than the old ones. I had to persuade him to take them off to remove the labels! Meanwhile he got on with putting together his stool to go in the shower. Keeping him busy works well. He seems more cheerful than he has been for a long time.
