Barbecue

We are heading off to see my mother in law for lunch tomorrow so decided to cook this tonight and take what remains up to her with some salad for lunch. Do hope the weather is nicer than today and we can eat outside. It will be lovely to see her for the first time since Christmas.
(It was delicious hot off the barbecue I hope it’s as good cold)
