Camping ... day 4

Today was the day of the Mosier Creek fire here in Oregon.  As of yesterday the 17th of Aug. it was still burning - caused by some careless person- but is getting contained.    We visited the Mosier Twin Tunnels built around 1921.  But because of Rock slides and what not, they built another roadway in 1956 and later closed the twin tunnels.    I will put one of the view in the extras.     On our way back to the campground we passed the fire right next to the roadway.  As you can imagine, traffic was backed up quite a ways.
