Budleigh beach

A busy day as I was off to a Water Fitness and a Pilates class first thing this morning.  It was a day of short sharp downpours and there were several in the morning.  After lunch L tried his first courgette puree, you could see the look of surprise on his face when he first experienced the new taste but he quickly accustomed to it and his little mouth was opened very wide to be fed. Two courgettes in total were consumed.  

Later in the afternoon we took him down to the beach as the sun was out.  It was fairly windy and most people appeared to be swimming and kayaking in the estuary, I do hope this sudden increase in activity in the estuary area doesn't have an adverse impact on the local environment, we certainly haven't seen so much use of this area before.
