At the end of the day...

Back in Taos tonight escaping the smoke from the wild fires in Santa Fe and Colorado.  Yes, the fires in CO are hundreds of miles away, yet the smoke is suffocating Albuquerque.  Smoky here in Taos, too, but not nearly so.  Plus,15 degrees cooler!

Not many people in town today though many locals at the river (NM tags).  It's OK if the river bank is crowded this evening because the musician and I found yet another swimming hole (see extra) on the way here.
