Finished card

Horrible wet and windy day! Is summer now over? Definitely not a day to be outside so after a trip to town to collect some essentials it was indoor exploits only!
Some cards were planned and one finished. A rich fruit cake was baked. Some tidying and a very small amount of ironing was completed. I don't iron anything unless it's absolutely necessary!
A friend dropped in for a quick chat as she was passing. I spoke to mum, my daughter and one of my sons on the phone. Quite a busy day doing lots of odds and ends.
