Apparently the council are sticking to their guns, even having admitted the temporary license was a mistake, so it will be able to operate next week as the Scottish COVID restrictions on funfair rides will be lifted on Sunday. Presumably this will prevent them being sued by the operators, even if it does annoy the neighbours for a week.
