Delicious

Marie made this delicious Apple Cake today and now there is none left. Cold grey miserable day, I did a 14km walk with Mark, he is broken too,but on a high note our average pace was 8.49. My Back has improved so much that I have not relied on the Nerve Pain medication for 2 days now. I am busting my boiler to start running again, but one must be patient so I don't become a Patient permanently.
