Sweet, too sweet
Today just a simple pineapple upside down cake with a little rum twist in the caramel and black cherries.
Added more ground almonds to the flour mixture so I hope it will be nice and tasty.
I have a friend coming over with her two daughters soon so fingers crossed (their Dad is a famous Sicilian Chef and restaurator in our area) ...
