Is it waterproof?

It started off not bad but the weather deteriorated all day so that by the time Mr Rat and 2 friends (a 3rd cried off) went to do some training it was very wet.
I went with them but didn't join them but did take a few pics and a video of them - a bit blurry with the wet but the camera's fine.
cafe very quiet, but we thought it would be in view of the forecast so didn't prepare too much in advance
