Beautiful colours on this magpie's feathers!

I arrived home a little before 10am this morning. My very kind sister-in-law gave me a lift across in much calmer weather than last night. I'm fortunate to have very flexible work arrangements so it didn't matter that I logged on later than usual. I just worked a little later to make up for it. Other than my 'commute' from the west to my (home)work, it was a fairly uneventful day. As always, the birds outside my kitchen window provided interest and this magpie entertained me as I was making my afternoon cup of tea.
