A picnic near the battlefields of France

Although the quality of this photograph is not very good, we can see here that the Lorna's family had a picnic on a beach in Northern France during their trip to the World War I battlefields in 1920.

Pictured here are Lorna aged 6, her mother Topsie, Lorna's brother Theo, and two women whose identity is unknown. The woman on the far right, however, looks like the same one in later shots from family holidays in Cornwall (see the blip from 6th August 2020), so we wonder whether she is the children's nanny rather than a relation.
