Lunchtime date...

My eye is not at all painful but it is a nuisance putting ointment in 4 times a day. It means my vision is always slightly blurred. This is leading up to... sorry but it’s another photograph of Contrée Mansell taken when I went down to town shopping.
The weather isn’t particularly brilliant so I’m very happy to sit around crocheting in the relative cool that has replaced the really hot weather. 
My “lunchtime date” is a media briefing on the details of what the next phase of life will look like. It’s hard to even remember that there is still Covid out there but we do have to open up to the world beyond the Isle of Man sometime. I think that may be in mid September...
