Hit By Our Recent Rubbish Weather

We spent today with our visitors from last night as Mr Kit and Mr W went off to play golf. We had a rather wet walk and actually lost the youngsters half way as they had enough and set off back leaving me and Mrs W to carry on. It stopped raining as we were heading home and was actually a very pleasant walk.

Reports on the news last week that this year’s wheat harvest is going to suffer with the weather we have had so far could result in an increase in bread prices. Our local fields are not looking like they are suffering too much...hopefully the farmer can get them harvested before they are hit by our recent rubbish weather!
