The Quizzical Giraffe

A frisbee kind of day today. Whilst the University 1st team were off at Mixed Nationals (where they finished 11th in Division 2!), at Lancaster we had Carter Shield, our College Sports league. This week it was the turn of ultimate so most of the team who weren't at nationals headed down to help out their colleges. It took a lot longer than I expected meaning I didnt get to see the England game, but we topped our group and then breezed through to the final, eventually beating Pendle College to take the win. It was nice to get involved in College Sports again as now most of my friends from Lonsdale have left my College pride has diminished slightly.

Grace came over in the evening for a chat which turned into Pizza and playing around with the zoo of plasticine animals we have lying around our house.
