Dunbar

Awake to find ourselves well aground, so we went and sat in the sunshine outside a cafe overlooking the harbour awhile. By 10:30 we were almost afloat, and with a bit of welly we got out the mud berth and sailed out the  harbour. Gorgeous seas and skies and enough of a breeze to take us along our route for a couple of miles.
But then the wind died, leaving the sails flapping. Before I could make my way aft from my sunbathing position to start the engine, mad dog Rog was into his wetsuit and into the water.
What larks.
On to Sunny Dunny where we waved him off, and MrW and I traipsed up the hill for a couple of teatime pints at the famed Volunteer Arms.
The staff were busily installing a new outside heater and seemed inordinately proud of it. So later on we went back to see how it coped with the evening chill. It felt the right thing to do.
And to finish the comparison we fired up the Planar back at the boat. This all may need further study.
