Victorian

...penny dated 1900.

A trip home again after my visit to the hairdresser, where I seem to have spent most of my time operating a hoe to remove moss from the paving stones! We were pleasantly surprised at the house valuation and hope to get it on the market next week.

I came home with an envelope full of old pennies about 8 shillings worth...a mix of Edward Vll, George V & Vl and QEll. This was the only one with Queen Victoria on, a quick google search gave prices from £1 to £55...so I could still possibly buy a stamp with it!

Not the tiniest coin of the realm by any means but definitely the smallest thing in the room when I was looking for a blip tonight.

Thanks to MaryElizaR for hosting Tiny Tuesday this month.
