Border Tails

First light.

This is a back blip as I took it on Monday morning. I was stopped in Hawick High Street at quarter to six to get some cash from the ATM. I looked around as my request was being processed and took a few shots of the street as the sun came up.

It wasn't until the next morning, when I checked my banking app that I noticed a credit for £50 with the description “ATM correction” and checked my wallet, that I realised I should have paid more attention to my financial transactions. I was obviously distracted by the view and walked away leaving the cash in the machine. I’m lucky that it was quiet, nobody took it and the machine must have sooked the notes back in after a set time!
