Morning walk

We woke up to lovely sunshine this morning which fooled us into thinking it was warm - we did need a light jacket on our morning walk as it is feeling a bit fresh these days. Here are Xena and Gavin on our walk on Esher Common, with the heather looking lovely.

Back home for coffee and then I made butternut soup for lunch. It has been a lazy day with nothing planned. Not that we can plan much these days, I am getting tired of living with such uncertainty about everything. Of course added to the uncertainty that life with Coronavirus brings is the added uncertainty of whether we can travel abroad with Xena as the pet passport scheme expires on 31 December and there is no indication of how it will work from 1 January, it all depends on the Brexit deal. Yup that's right, soon it will be time for bloody Brexit to take over the main headlines from Coronavirus as we near 31 December.
