OK, not very original I admit. I'm sure there will be a rush of pictures on the theme of pancakes, but hey, my intention was to capture the essence of each day and pancakes is what sets today apart from every other day this week, month or even year.

Looking forward to mine, but I will have to wait until after my exercise class this evening.

It is clear to me that if god exists, he has a sense of humour. Why? well, one hours vigorous exercise = 400 - 500 calories burnt. 5 minutes eating pancakes = 400 - 500 calories consumed. He's clearly having a laugh at my expense.
